Supplier Cooperation & Product Submission
Manufacturers, authorized distributors, stockists and specialist suppliers are welcome to submit product information. Please use the standard template so that KBS can verify identifiers, review quotations and import approved records.

Complete the following six steps. Enter one product per row in the Excel workbook.
Enter product identifiers
Provide the brand and product name, plus at least one model/part number or material number/code.
Add quotation and delivery details
Enter quantity, unit, currency, supplier price, lead time, shipping origin, condition and quotation validity.
Prepare supporting files
Attach actual product photographs, nameplates, data sheets, certificates or stock evidence, and list filenames in the notes column.
Email the completed package
Send the workbook and attachments to lixiyang@kongbaoshi.com. Use “Supplier name + Product submission” as the subject.
KBS review and database import
KBS verifies the information and decides the public price and publication status before importing approved records.
Submission requirements
- Enter one product per row and keep separate identifiers and prices in separate cells.
- Complete every required field and provide at least one model/part number or material number/code.
- Supplier prices are used for KBS internal review and are not published directly as customer quotations.
- KBS Review, Public Price and Publish columns are completed by KBS only.
- Ensure that brands, identifiers, stock condition and supporting files are accurate and current.
KBS Review
How submitted information is handled
KBS reviews identifiers, pricing and publication scope before importing any record. Supplier contacts, purchasing costs and internal notes are never returned in customer search results.
